Made Possible by Our People Service and Preventative Maintenance
Meet Brian Worrell, a Field Technician Supervisor based out of Raleigh, North Carolina. Brian and our entire nationwide team of dedicated service technicians work hard to ensure every entrance solution sold is installed correctly, integrates seamlessly with other security technologies in the building, and is serviced and maintained regularly throughout the year. Our dedicated team ensures that your Boon Edam entrances are protected for the long-term.
In this quick video, Brian explains why he finds his work challenging and rewarding!
Service Sales
Revolving doors and security turnstiles are significant investments for any building or campus, and just like an automobile, they require regular maintenance and inspections to ensure they always run at their optimum performance capability. Sure, the service will cost some additional money, but it costs a lot less than a surprise break down. In addition, a break down will also negatively impact hundreds to thousands of people that use the entrance each day. Being proactive can keep things moving efficiently with minimal impact and minimal cost.
Our team of Service Sales Representatives work alongside our Entry Experts to educate you on the Service Agreement and Preventative Maintenance Plans available to keep your entrance running at its best.
Field Technicians
Our team of Field Technicians live across the nation, positioned strategically to be able to support our partner network with entrance installation, commissioning, service, maintenance and more. This group travels five days a week every week, covering hundreds of miles a day, to get hands-on and ensure our revolving doors and security turnstiles keep people safe for a decade or more. To support these technicians, we have three service center locations on the East Coast – New York City, NY; Washington DC; and Atlanta, GA – with the goal of opening more service centers in the Midwest and West Coast areas in the coming year. These service centers allow the field technicians to host training events, stock parts and provide faster service and maintenance calls in the areas where the majority of our products are installed.
Technical Phone Support & Parts Fulfillment
Finally, we have a full team of Technical Support Representatives on-site at our Lillington, NC factory by their phones and computers, ready to give fast, reliable technical assistance to our partners and entrance owners. They field questions related to out of order entrances, installation aid, replacement part requests, upgrade and retrofit inquiries, and more. This team has also put together product installation videos and a self-service diagnostic guide to further assist our distributor network with swifter troubleshooting.
