With every machine there is a possibility of breakdown. You can use the request form below to report a malfunction or glass breakage for your Boon Edam entrance product to us. We will respond to your request on working days from 08:00 to 17:00.

If your report concerns an urgent malfunction that needs to be resolved outside these times, please call the 24-hour emergency number of your local entry expert. Customers with a Boon Edam AfterCare Service Plan will receive assistance within the agreed-upon response times. For customers without a Boon Edam AfterCare Service Plan, we will contact you to schedule an appointment.
