Niels Huber is the third generation of his family to manage Royal Boon Edam. He joined the company at the age of 19, gaining work experience in every area of the business. After a stint driving one of our delivery trucks, Niels was active in different roles ranging from sales to service and maintenance and manufacturing. He is Chairman of the Board since 2002, a position he took over from his father. Niels Huber has been the CEO of Boon Edam from 2011 to 2021.

Marc Giese took the role of CEO from March 2022 behind extensive experience in leading international engineering companies. He brought along with him a 20-year impressive track record with a focus on organising and developing pan-European structures for sales, services, and operations. Marc has a situational management style and employs open communication to achieve maximum results.

Hendrik Havik joined the Royal Boon Edam manufacturing facility in Edam in 2005, bringing with him vast financial experience from a variety of sectors. Four years later, he relocated to the Royal Boon Edam holding company to setup the Group finance department. 2015 Saw Hendrik placed as the Chief Financial Officer responsible for finance, IT, legal and taxation. His mission within the business is to deliver peace of mind support and provide solutions that ensure business growth.

Frank Mackenzie heads up Boon Edam’s Global Sales operation. He confidently takes up the task of continuously developing and modifying the company’s business and operational sales & service processes to ensure organisational improvement and market growth. Frank coordinates with all the major global Stakeholders creating effective sales and marketing programs. Additionally, he takes responsibility for the development and facilitation of Boon Edam's service growth, global account management and overall organisational and operational improvement.

Gijs was appointed to the Executive Team on January 1st, 2023. His strengths include driving innovation and mentoring product development throughout the group. Gijs brings a wealth of experience and technical expertise to his role, including a strong understanding of patent execution and chairing the European Standard Committee for automatic door systems. He is a highly innovative individual with the ability to bridge different disciplines and has been dedicated to the culture and values of Boon Edam for 25 years, having held various positions within the company.

As a member of the Executive Team, Aron is responsible for providing strategic and operational guidance to the entire Boon Edam organisation. He takes the lead in making the strategic translation to the Manufacturing and Supply Chain disciplines and giving direction to the Manufacturing organisations and Distribution & Support Centers in EMEA, USA and Asia, as well as the Global Manufacturing and Global Supply Chain departments within Royal Boon Edam International B.V.
