The Security Interlocking Portal
Circlelock Solo
Offering the highest level of physical protection in a security entrance, the Circlelock Solo is the ultimate defense against intrusion into sensitive areas of a building. Ensuring only one authorized person enters at a time, high security portals eliminate the need for manned supervision or guards. When you consider the salary of a guard supervising an entry 24 / 7 / 365, this high security entrance can provide a return on investment in under a year.
The Secure and Reliable Interlocking Portal
The Circlelock Solo high security portal can prevent any attempt to gain unauthorized access as well as confirm the identity of the user entering. The round, cylindrical compartment features two interlocking, automatic sliding doors. Upon authorization, the first door opens allowing a user to enter the portal. Integrated sensors confirm the user is alone and if so, a signal is given to the second sliding door to open, completing the passage into the secure area. A secondary biometric system can be used to confirm identity once inside the chamber.
- Space efficient cylinder compartment with an interlocking door system for accurate tailgating prevention
- Anti-piggybacking system (StereoVision)
- Working principle supports multi-factor authentication
- Self-managed – no attended supervision required
- Onboard user communication system (integrated visual and audio feedback signalling)
- Seamless integration and feedback with access control systems, biometric devices and building management systems
Why the Fortune 100 Choose Security Portals
Biometrics - The Uncompromising Credential Solution
Organizations around the globe are making their buildings more secure by combining physical security entrances with biometric devices, ensuring only the right people are able to enter. Either as a stand-alone or paired with a standard access control device, biometric devices provide an advanced method for uniquely identifying authorized users based on distinguished biological traits. Authorizing users based on these traits further mitigates the risk of unauthorized entry.
Our Service, Preventative Maintenance and Parts Offerings
Protect Your Investment
When an entrance is out of order it can affect the access of hundreds to thousands of people a day. Not only is this inconvenient, but, similar to an automobile, if the entrance did not receive any tune-ups or preventative maintenance, it can also be expensive. If the out of order entrance is a security door or turnstile, your facility is vulnerable to infiltration and stationing a guard to watch the area can be costly. Protect your investment from outages and unnecessary damage by signing up for a Boon Edam Preventative Maintenance Agreement. We also make most of our parts in house, meaning we can ship them to you quickly if a repair is needed.

The Bullet-Resistant Package equips a security door with the ability to stop three .44 magnum bullets, or a bullet twice as heavy and significantly faster than the bullet of the most common handgun, a 9mm semi-automatic. If the security door is on a building facade, it is recommended that the adjacent storefront be upgraded to include bullet-resistant materials as well.
