Boon Edam UK Marks Mental Health Awareness Week with Team Activities and Wellbeing Focus.
At Boon Edam UK, Mental Health Awareness Week offered a valuable opportunity to step away from day-to-day routines and focus on wellbeing, connection, and support.
To mark the occasion, the team came together for a light-hearted office sports day, swapping desks for a range of fun activities including egg and spoon races, netball, and ring toss. The event created a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere, encouraging colleagues to get active, unwind, and enjoy time together outside of their usual roles.
Alongside this, the team also took part in the company’s annual Wear Green Day, with employees wearing green to show their support for mental health awareness. It was a simple yet meaningful way to spark conversations and highlight the importance of wellbeing in the workplace.
Mental Health Awareness Week serves as an important reminder that looking after our mental health is just as important as our physical health. At Boon Edam UK, we are committed to creating an environment where people feel supported, valued, and able to speak openly.
We encourage everyone to continue the conversation — not just during awareness weeks, but all year round.
