During January and February, colleagues from multiple departments took part in a series of Excellence Training sessions. These sessions focused on enhancing communication, strengthening customer engagement and reinforcing best practice in day-to-day interactions. The training also supports Boon Edam’s vision of delivering outstanding service without exceptions and maintaining the highest standards throughout the customer journey.

The programme was delivered by Jon Sparks of Hamilton Mercer, whose practical insight and engaging approach were praised by participants. His sessions provided actionable techniques that teams can apply immediately, helping raise service capability across the business.
